FPL Manager operates a clear and fair refund policy to protect both members and the integrity of the program.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because FPL Manager provides immediate access to private league, affiliate program and private member area, all membership payments are non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:
Duplicate payment
Accidental multiple charges
Technical errors preventing access
In such cases, members must contact support within 7 days of payment with proof of issue.
3. No Refunds for:
Change of mind
Lack of participation
Leaving the Community voluntarily
Removal due to misconduct or rule violations
4. Cancellations
Members may cancel future billing cycles at any time if on a recurring subscription. Cancellation stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.
5. Delivery of Refunds
Approved refunds (for exceptional cases) will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
